PCRG is a consulting and managing real estate group, helping private clubs develop and manage an in-house real estate department. Understanding the challenges that private clubs are facing today, we are able to customize a specific "plan of action" for your Club. We work with the Board of Directors, General Manager, Membership Director and the associated committees throughout the process. We provide absolute dedication to the club's best interest. In-House real estate brokerage

PCRG will work with the Club to completely develop and implement an In-House Real Estate Operation.  From National & State compliance, hiring staff, assisting with budgets and developing operating systems we will work hand in hand with your club to implement a successful real estate brokerage.  We also provide complete management of your real estate brokerage company.

Manage your preferred real estate company

Many clubs have developed an exclusive partnership with a local real estate company.  PCRG will manage and ensure the outside brokerage is complying to your agreement as well as providing exclusive services to the club.  We can also assist in developing a program to fit your club and find the right partner.

Manage local real estate agents in your community

Another option for clubs to promote real estate in their community is to select several local real estate agents and provide leads to them.  PCRG will work with your club and those agents to ensure your club branding and club story is being used.  We will develop programs, events and collateral for outside agents to use in marketing and promoting your club.
